For individuals aged 14 and upwards.

When making changes feels like an impossible task – too overwhelming, too frightening, too big – change-focused counselling can help you get ‘unstuck’ from difficult feelings and experiences, and move you towards a more positive place. Even small changes can make a big difference!

Working with me – Libby Webber.

I work with people aged 14 and upwards: face to face in the Portsmouth and Southsea area, and nationwide via telephone, FaceTime and Skype.

Working with me means having a time and place where, together, we can work out a way forward. From me, you’ll have a listening ear, a sympathetic but objective point of view, and support in helping you understand and move on from the ‘not right’ place you find yourself in.

I have a flexible range of appointment times, which means I can usually arrange a first session within about a week.

I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and have been in private practice since 2009.

If you’d like to find out how change-focused counselling could help you, please contact me to book a no-obligation consultation session, or to arrange a free 10-minute chat on the phone.
